Cookie Policy
Updated October 23, 2026 to describe our use of Google Analytics.
This Cookie Policy explains how McCrady Enterprises LLC, doing business as BACINI Photography & Boudoir ("BACINI," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.baciniphotography.com and related pages. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in to embedded tools, and help site owners understand how their pages are used. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and tags.
How we use them
- Strictly necessary. Required for the site and its embedded tools to work, such as the booking calendar, payment pages, and the website chat. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
- Functional. Remember choices you make, such as a time zone you select in the booking calendar or whether you have closed a notice.
- Analytics. Help us understand which pages are visited and how visitors move through the site so we can improve it. These are collected in aggregate and do not identify you by name.
- Marketing. If we run advertising, pixels from platforms such as Meta or Google may record that you visited our site so we can measure ads and show relevant ones. You can opt out through those platforms' ad settings and through your browser.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use our site. It tells us, for example, which pages are viewed, how long visits last, what type of device and browser are used, the general area a visit comes from, how visitors arrived (such as from a search engine, social media, or a link we shared), and which buttons or links are selected, such as viewing an apartment or selecting Reserve on our retreat pages. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, which last up to two years and give your browser a random identifier so repeat visits can be counted. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We use this information in aggregate to improve our site and do not use it to identify you by name.
Google processes this information under its own Privacy Policy, and explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties whose tools are embedded on our pages: our customer relationship and booking platform (used for forms, the calendar, chat, payment links, and text and email messaging), Google Fonts, and social media platforms when you interact with their content or links. These providers may use their cookies according to their own policies.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings, and to be notified when a cookie is set. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as booking or payment, from working. Instructions for common browsers are available in the help section of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. To opt out of interest-based advertising, visit the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
Do Not Track
Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers, because there is no common standard for them.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
